The Tyler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department has a spacious community building that is available for rental for meetings, weddings and wedding showers, baby showers, yard sale, church services and family events. Great for business/offices luncheons, seminars and meetings! A powerpoint projector screen is provided. The community building also has a full function kitchen with two stoves, and a dishwasher. There is plenty of parking available in front of the community building. Chairs and tables are included in rental price.

Starting July 1, 2017 the Rental cost is $125.00 per day with a $100.00 cleaning /damage deposit. .Deposit is due upon signing of contract. Rental cost is due when you pickup the key. Your deposit will be returned after inspection by office personnel for damages and cleanliness. .
